Estudios Yalmakan - Cancun

I had a really amazing stay, with location on the ocean. It had an exceptionally nice setting close to the other beaches, the shopping centers, downtown and to other restaurants as well as the sea and the lagoon.

I recently stayed at a beautiful oceanfront apartment in Cancun for a relaxing vacation. The apartment at Estudios Yalmakan was very clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cold, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the constant communication with Betty, who was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with three local restaurants within walking distance and an Oxxo store across the street for snacks and drinks. The apartment even had a cooler that I could use at the beach. it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning. Thanks to Betty and Isaias for their hospitality!

We had a very warm welcome from the host upon arrival. There was Wheelchair Accessible police, which was important.

Mind-blowing oceanfront view, spacious apartment with comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, and all necessary appliances. Super friendly and helpful owner, Betty, who provides constant communication. Jaw-dropping convenience with nearby restaurants and an Oxxo store for snacks and drinks. Easy access to the beach, swimming pool, and parking. Impressive location, just a short ride from the airport, making it the perfect option for a relaxing and affordable stay.

Great location with easy access to pools, spa, fitness center, and private beach. Only a short 12-minute taxi ride to the main strip with affordable fares. Stunning view and clean facilities. Friendly staff and nearby dining options. Affordable and beautiful place for a relaxing vacation.

I got very nice value for my money at this beachfront apartment. The room was clean, spacious, and had a amazing ocean view. The staff at the hotel were friendly and treated me with utmost courtesy.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety and choices.

funky smell in the room

The hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with lake views, and I enjoyed access to the fitness room and hot tub. The private beach area was a nice bonus for relaxation.

I wish I could have been connected to the WiFi all over the place, it was such a shame.

Belén, our amazing and attentive host, made us feel right at home. the clean and modern apartment on the fifth floor offered breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, and enjoy a private beach every day. We felt safe and secure throughout our entire vacation. the peaceful nights with the gentle waves were a bonus. Thank you, Betty, for helping us celebrate our anniversary!

We arrived at Estudios Yalmakan and were blown away by the fine beachfront view. The beach was clean, and we had access to the resort's lounge chairs, pool, and jacuzzi, made our stay more fun. Despite a small issue with the bedroom AC not working properly, Betty and the repair team were quick to respond and tried their best to resolve the problem. Although we didn't receive a refund for the inconvenience, we appreciated their efforts. The apartment was clean and housekeeping came in halfway through our stay, a nice touch. The large double bed was very comfortable, and waking up to the amazing sunrise while sipping coffee was a highlight of our trip. we had a pleasant stay at Estudios Yalmakan and would recommend it.
